The next wedding is very near and dear to my heart… Jordan and Cody were referred to me by my good friend Kim Kinney of Timeless Elegance Weddings and took place at the Hilton Park Cities in Dallas.

The first time I photographed Jordan and Cody for their e-session, Cody was fairly reluctant to be photographed, because like me, he is more of a behind the scenes guy. I told Cody and I stand by that to this day that, we both are cursed with extremely good looks and being handsome guys that we are, we owe it to humanity to be photographed…

Soo.. with that assurance delivered Cody relaxed a bit in his greek god form and from that point on it was fairly smooth sailings. Jordan and Cody are two amazing people who touched me not only with their sense of humor and compassion for others but the uncompromising love they have for each other. I had a blast guys and can’t wait to hang out with you guys again..

To save this from being a super long post, I have divided it into two posts Sanjay’s hometown and Sneha’s hometown.  Their actual wedding took place in San Jose, California where Sneha and her her family are originally from.  If you have never been to San Jose, you definitely have to go out there at least once, the weather and view is absolutely amazing.

I had a blast working with Sneha and Sanjay the following weekend for their actual wedding, which took place at the Santa Clara Marriott.  Their wedding was filled with so much emotion by everyone who was there.

Some of their vendors that helped make their day even special were:

Anais Events (Amrit Dhillon-Bains) you can also check out her cool blog here http://www.shaadicurry.com/

Aurora Floral Design

Chhaya Govind (makeup artist)

I hope to work with all of these awesome vendors again, now without much delay, here are the photos

Before my trip to Pakistan, I had a series of wonderful weddings I photographed, one being Sneha and Sanjay’s. One thing unique about Sneha and Sanjay’s wedding is that since they are both from different states they celebrated their wedding events in both states so all of their events could be shared by their loved ones. The beginning of the events took place in South Carolina, where Sanjay is originally from and family currently lives.

Sanjay’s side of the celebrations took place at his home and the Greenville Convention Center.  I had a blast photographing their Satak and Ganesh Puja, their were so many great natural moments and each event was filled with much love.

So what do you do when you have access to some of the coolest decorations known to mankind at your disposal?  Well, you do what Karishma’s parents did for her wedding, create a wedding that boggles the mind and tantalizes the senses for all the guests and the couple.

The wedding took place at the Inter-Continental hotel in Houston and was an amazing event to photograph with some amazing decorations.  Karishma and her folks who own and operate Mandap Creations in Houston used a wide variety of elements to make the event unique.  A Rajhastani set for Karishma and Samir’s wedding ceremony to an amazing ice cake and decor that defies the mind were put together for the event.

Here are some of my favorite photos:

Let me start by saying “WOW.”

A few weeks ago, I had the great pleasure of photographing Chrisha and Vikie’s wedding in Houston.  Their wedding took place at the Hilton in downtown Houston and was of a circus theme. Chrisha and Vikie went above and beyond for their amazing wedding.  They hired a contortionist , aerialist, jugglers and even a dancer walking on stilts as multiple forms of entertainment for their Satak and Reception days.

However, their wedding was  filled with lots of love and  emotions from their friends and families.  I had an absolute great time working with both Chrisha and Vikie and getting to know both of them better.

Here’s a glimpse of their wedding:

A couple of weeks ago, I had the great pleasure of photographing Diana and Edwin’s wedding.  I met Diana through my good friend, Sonali and I have got to say, she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met.  Their wedding had two traditional ceremonies, one Catholic and the other a Hindu one.  Traditional in the sense they had a traditional Catholic ceremony, and spent their wedding with loved ones. Non-traditional as Sonali’s in-laws hosted a Hindu ceremony for the couple, where they wore the traditional South Asian dress (the sari), had their henna (mendhi) done and and celebrated their vows as they walked around the fire.

I had a blast capture special moments at their wedding.  Both Diana and Edwin had such a great time throughout their entire wedding weekend.

Now on to the pictures:

Hope you enjoy!

A few weeks ago, I had the great pleasure of visiting Karishma and Samir in Fort Lauderdale to capture their E-session.  Let me just say, I am so jealous of the beautiful scenery and the beaches that Florida has.  Karishma and Samir got married on August the 1st at the in Houston.  I am super excited to work with the two of them again and see all my good friends at their wedding.

Come back to see their wedding pictures soon.

Hope you enjoy the pictures.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of photographing Qasim and Sana’s Valieema at the Hilton Anatole. The Valieema is a traditional Pakistani luncheon or dinner that the groom’s parent host after the wedding. I had a blast working with Qasim and Sana, they both are very sweet and such a  down to earth couple.

Some of the vendors that helped make Qasim and Sana’s Valieema special:

Hilton Anatole

Maitee Miles

Hope you enjoy the pics:

A few weeks ago, I photographed Anisa and Andrew’s E- Session at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. I had an awesome time working with the two of them. I actually have known Anisa for a while now, I met her at her sister, Nafisa’s wedding last year. It was a lot of fun working with their family again. Their wedding was about two weeks after their E-session. Stay tuned for the wedding pictures which will be up shortly.

Now onto the E-session pictures:
